Samsung’s upcoming flagship Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge is expected to be introduced at the MWC, as that event is just a few weeks ahead, news and rumors related to the devices are making rounds round tech-town. From the smartphones having a metal chassis to rear glass panel and one Iranian site even posted some pictures of the alleged device, so as always the its is currently one of the hotly debated devices. Today some images have popped up at PhoneArea, reporting those to be the older prototype of the device.
The alleged image of the device, stays true to the reports that we have been hearing about the placement of the heart rate sensor that will be one of the features of Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. Apart from that a much sleeker design language is evident in the picture. We do have to keep this aspect in mind that this reportedly is an older prototype and the company would have changed a lot of things by the time of its unveiling. All in all it looks good.
We do have high hopes for this device. The company is keen on providing a great device and for that they have been working hard on equipping and revamping their S-series flagships with premium specs. Samsung’s sales graph for 2014 was quite dismal with the company’s profits dropping by 27% in Q4 while its arch-rival racked in profits by selling a whopping number of 76 million units in that quarter. So the company this year has to up their game to beat the competition.
