Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge: What we know till now

Samsung’s project in which it is working on the smartphone S6, is named as ‘Project Zero’, it seems as the company for its latest flagship is going to work on it from scratch. According to the latest reports and rumors in yet, Samsung will be equipping their latest smartphone S6 will a lot of advanced specifications. The device will sport a QHd 2560 x 1440 display and Snapdragon 810 processor. The device will be equipped with a rear camera of either a 16 or 20-megapixel camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. Broadcom’s new sensor ship BCM4773 will be used for the new device. The new smartphone will definitely sport Android’s latest operating system, the Lollipop 5.0.

The Galaxy S6 variant is rumored to be the Galaxy S6 Edge, as it will sport a curved display like that seen in Samsung Note Edge. In the Galaxy S6 Edge users will get a chance to see the curved display on both sides of the device as opposed to the one-sided curved display of Note Edge.


So, the first flagships that will be launched by Samsung in 2015 are going to be the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. Looking at the previous patterns, Samsung will unveil their smart phones at Mobile World Congress (MWC), 2015 and they will be launched for the public after a few weeks.
