Root Verizon/AT&T Moto X on Android 4.4 Kit-Kat – How To Guide.

0

It’s a miracle to see a non-Nexus device to get the Android 4.4 Kit-Kat update just after 20 days of its release, we it happened to Verizon Moto X, who got the update of Android 4.4 Ki-Kat 2 weeks ago and it is not a good news for all the Nexus 4 users, who actually considered to get the Android 4.4 update as their first right when it comes to giving it to someone else. The Kit-Kat update for Moto X shortly follow by the AT&T and T-Mobile Variants. Well the Kit-Kat update was a surprise, nobody expect to see it that soon on any Non-Nexus device, but it seems legit when you look that Motorola is now a Google Owned device, so receiving such update is not a very big thing.

Anyway, we all love the changes made by Google in Android 4.4, but loosing the root of device is still fearsome, yet those who once used a Rooted device can never lice a day with a Non-Rooted one. Now if you happen to own a Verizon or AT&T Moto X, just after receiving the Android 4.4 Kit-Kat update, your device will loose it’s root and the only way left is to root it again.

So here we are showing you the way to root your Moto X running Android 4.4 Kit-Kat,he new root method also comes from the same well-known developer Jcase who has released SlapMyMoto. The same developer has released the rooting tutorial for Moto X, just after the release of New Camera update.

Warning:

Please note that the new root method is still in its beta stage and and rather than easy it would be a little hard to follow, if you are a basic users and you know that more the tutorial will be difficult containing more risk. Therefore, if you are well aware of what you are doing, proceed further other wise Wait for the Stable and Easy method to come out.

So, if you are ready to follow Jcase’s instructions, visit the XDA thread by clicking this link.
