Yesterday a claim by the source Tweakers.net, based in Netherlands, verified our previous speculations regarding the price tags of the upcoming flagship smartphones by Samsung. According to them, 32GB Galaxy S7 will cost €699.99 while S7 edge will be starting from €799.99.
It seems that Samsung won’t have anything left to surprise its customers with. MWC 2016 is just around the corner and rumors unveiling various features and design elements of the Galaxy S7 are pouring in like never before. Thanks to Evleaks, we now have new sets of renders which show off the awaited Galaxy S7 edge featuring 5.5″ display.
As you can see in the above renders, provided by @evleaks, show three different colored variants of the new flagship smartphone: black, gold and silver.
Apart from the price, rumors are that the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge will be equipped with either Snapdragon 820 processor, or Exynos 8890. Moreover features like 4 GB RAM, 12MP rear camera with Britecell technology, and a more powerful battery are being anticipated. Thanks to Zauba, we also know that S7 and S7 edge will also feature a 5.1″ and 5.5″ Super AMOLED display respectively. Last but not the least, S7 and S7 edge will hopefully be water-resistant.
As far as the OS of the device is concerned, Samsung Galaxy S7 will hopefully be powered by the latest Android Marshmallow which was released last year. Marshmallow, among numerous new goodies, features a completely new app drawer, redesigned app permissions, Doze, and Google Now on Tap.
