There are 99% chances that you have already signed on your phone using a Samsung Account. You just need to have your Samsung Account credentials on your mind at the moment. Also, you need to have the WiFi or Packet Data activated on your phone. To remotely unlock the phone, we do need the internet connectivity on it.
  2. Now open the Find My Mobile web page and log in using your Samsung Account.
