Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime is keeping the rumor mills hot these days and some new info that has added life to the existence of the prime variant of the Galaxy S5 has just landed today in the pricing database in Hong Kong. The leaked Galaxy Smartphone SM-G906S appears to be a variant of the Galaxy S5 Prime, the device earlier appeared in a Samsung document, but today’s leak has made it clear.
The device is expected to sport a QHD dispaly with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a 16 MP shooter will be fixed at the back, the device will be powered up with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor while the international variant may support a Exynos CPU with Intel LTE modem. A RAM of 3GB is rumored to accompany the device and on the software end, Galaxy S5 Prime will run on Android 4.4.3 out of the box. These rumors are circulating in the air since quite a long time now, but there hasn’t been any official information available about the device so far.
If Samsung is taking the criticism seriously now and wants to bring up something new, we may expect an even more powerful variant of the Galaxy S5 soon, but due to the build quality, the hardware specs and features it is going to sport, the device may be produced in limited quantities and may be kept restricted to a few countries only. There’s a lot more to come until and unless Samsung doesn’t announce the device officially, so make sure that you have a pinch of salt to taste while reading this post.
