On the Tenth Anniversary of Apple, The iPhone X Has Been Released!

With the year 2017 marking as the 10th anniversary of Apple Inc, it kept the whole tech world on its toes looking out for what exciting thing might be coming our way from Apple? And finally Apple has revealed its “One more thing…”   The iPhone X.

The news and rumours about the Apple’s anniversary edition iPhone X has been going around for quite some time since the start of the year. Tech experts have been making all kinds of assumptions based on certain leaks and gossips until today, 12th September, Apple finally released the first look of the iPhone X on the Apple event held at the Steve Jobs Apple Theatre in Apple Park.

This iPhone is nothing like any iPhones before. Apple has taken a huge leap with technology, appearance and the outlook of this anniversary edition phone. It’s a completely regal, glass body with accents made of stain less steel phone.

1- Display:

An edge to edge full screen display that has never been adopted on any of the iPhone generation phones before, is present in iPhone X. The screen is 5.8 inches with a resolution of 1125x 2436 pixels along with 463 ppi pixel density. The screen to body ratio is an amazing 80.94 % figure! The technology used for the display is none other than the OLED.

2- Camera:

This is one of the most enticing features of this phone! The camera is totally unbelievable. It has a dual camera with autofocus and optical stabilization. A 12MP rear camera and 7MP front camera. The amazing features of face recognition, geo tagging and digital zooming are present. It is supported by a Quad LED flash and a F1.8 aperture.  The camera allows you to take selfies as well as pictures in Portrait Mode which have been accentuated with an additional feature of Portrait Lighting, giving you the feel of professional photography right in your palm.


3- Hardware:

The most powerful chip has been installed in this phone which is the A11 Bionic Neural Chip! This is the chip that allows the face recognition and hence the Face ID for advanced security. The processor is Hexa core (2500 Mhz) and all 6 of them work at the same time to produce ultra-fast response experience of the phone. The RAM is 3GB, bigger and better than before. The storage capacity of this phone is up to 256GB.

4- Battery:

Apple has claimed that the iPhone X has a 30% increased battery life than its predecessors and has the wireless built in charging that is definitely fast charging.

5- Cellular Data:

The phone works at the best of speed than any of the phones before. The data features include LTE-A, HSUPA 5.76 Mbit/s and HSDPA + (4G) 42.2 Mbit/s

6- Enhanced Security:

The Face Recognition feature added to the iPhone 8, 8plus and iPhone X, has taken the user security to a whole new top notch level via Face ID. This makes the probability of someone having a similar face to unlock your iPhone X to only one in a million.


7- An Animated Emoji?

Yes that’s right! With the tremendous Facial detection feature added, the Apple developers pinned something exciting in the phone and that’s an animated emoji feature called the “Animoji”. Now you can just pic an emoji from the built-in emoji collection and make an expression of your choice by controlling the emoji via face recognition feature and send it over in the iMessage.

8- Augmented Reality:

The ARKit10 allows the iPhone X to operate games that are augmented reality supported and it literally gives a whole new gamming experience! You can set up the game and play it with AR features in the real time.
