Nokia has spun its magic and it seems that the brand is back with a bang. Nokia 6 was officially unveiled a few days back for the Chinese market. The smartphone was to go on sale today at JD.com. Well, the Nokia 6 was sold out in under 1 minute in its first flash sale. Even before the sale went live, there were 1 million registrations for the smartphone.

The Nokia 6 is a mid range device which is priced at $247. It sports a 5.5-inch 1080 x 1920 resolution display. Under the hood, Nokia 6 is equipped with Snapdragon 430 SoC along with a 4GB RAM and the Adreno 505 GPU. A 16MP main camera and an 8MP front camera are there to take images and capture videos. The device comes with Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box and is powered by a 3,000 mAh battery.

Well Nokia it seems has made a successful comeback. JD.com had limited stock of the Nokia 6 devices, that number was not revealed and with 1 million registrations the flash sale was bound to be a success. There will be a similar flash sale in the coming weeks. Nokia will also be present at the MWC 2017 next month as it is planning to unveil Nokia P1, a high end Android powered smartphone at the event.
