Samsung’s upcoming flagship is one of the most discussed and speculated devices currently. New details related to its design have emerged which add some new information to an already heated debate about what the design and the material of the device are going to be. Design has been one key areas that the company with its S series has been criticized about. Reports beforehand have suggested that the company is ditching the plastic for a metal body to give their flagship a more premium look. This development was welcomed by Samsung fans. Now the latest report by SamMobile suggests that the company will be making use of both metal and glass for the upcoming Galaxy S6.
According to this new development the device will have a glass front and back connected by a metal rim. Well if this development is true then Samsung is making some big changes with their Project Zero. The upcoming smartphone is Samsung’s bid to show that they still are at the top of their game. Still this aspect is unconfirmed but it is highly unlikely that the company goes for such a drastic design change. Apple has made use of the glass element in their design but due to certain issues changed back to metal with iPhone 5.
Samsung is known for producing innovating concepts and we are sure that if the company chooses to go for the glass and metal design they will have their own unique take on that concept. Still this development does make us wonder will Samsung employ this for both the Galaxy S6 variants. What do you say and do share your thoughts related to this new development.
