Moto G5 Plus leaks ahead of its MWC 2017 launch

MWC is shaping up to be an interesting event, form high end flagships from LG and Huawei, to Nokia bringing back a classic in the form on Nokia 3310. This is not all, the mid range smartphones category is also getting a lot of love with Sony, Alcatel and Lenovo presenting smartphones with an affordable price point and good specs. Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus by Lenovo and Motorola are the mid-range devices announced by at the MWC on 26th February. Moto G5 Plus has been in the news lately and today more information about the device leaked on a Spanish website ahead of its launch.

According to the information provided in the listing, Moto G5 Plus will sport a 5.2-inch full HD 1080p display. The smartphone will have a metal glass design and will be equipped with Snapdragon 625 SoC, paired with a 2GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage that can be extended via the microSD card up to 128 GB.

A 12-megapixel main camera and 5-megapixel selfie shooter will be part of the device. In addition, it will run Android 7.0 Nougat and will be powered  by  3000mAh battery. Moto G5 Plus will come with a TurboPower charger, which can provide up to 6 hours of battery time with a 15 minute charging. Along with that you will find a Dual Sim card support, Fingerprint sensor, NFC and Ambient Light to name a few features.

Well as per rumors goes, take this update with a pinch of salt. The specs and how the device will end up looking like will be confirmed on the day of the announcement.
