We have already seen many leaks of the upcoming Meizu pro 6 even though its official release still might be far away. Apart from the Pro 6, a few other smartphones are set to be released by Meizu as well. A recently leaked document outlines all those smartphones along with their specifications and prices. Lets have a look at the contents of the document.
At the very bottom of the document, the document details the Meizu M3. Apparently the M3 will sport a 5 inch 720p LCD display. Although the chipset is still unknown, the handset will be powered by a 2,800 mAh battery. You’ll be able to get your hands on the 16GB Meizu M3 for just CNY 599 ($92) while the 32GB variant will cost you CNY 799.
A larger version of the Meizu M3 is also listed under the name Meizu M3 Note. This smartphone features a 5.5 inch Full HD display and hosts a Mediatek Helio P10 chipset under the hood. A larger, 3200 mAh battery will provide the juice. Of course the M3 note will cost you a bit more as compared to its smaller version – specifically CNY 799 for 16 GB of internal storage and CNY 999 for double the storage capacity.
Moving on to the Meizu M2 metal (aka Meizu metal 2) which features a more powerful Mediatek Helio X20 chipset. Metal 2 will also host a mTouch 3.0 fingerprint scanner and carries a pricetag of CNY 999 for its 16GB version.
Now lets talk about the ‘mini’ handsets mentioned in the leaked document – Firstly, the Meizu MX6 mini. Apparently you’ll have to spend CNY 1,499 for a 16GB smartphone which sports a 4.7″ Full HD Super AMOLED display with a Helio X20 chipset. You’ll also get the mTouch 3.0 finger print scanner with a 2800 mAh battery. However, if you want the proper MX6 which carries the same specification except for the screen and battery, you’ll be cut short of CNY 1799. This MX6 variant comes with a larger 5.5″ screen and a more powerful 3300 mAh battery.
This brings us to the immensely rumored Meizu Pro 6 and its ‘mini’ variant. This apparent flagship, Meizu Pro 6, will sport a 5.7″ QHD resolution display. Under the hood it hosts a Samsung’s Exynos 8890 chipset, UFS3.0 and eMMC5.1 chips. A massive 3500 mAh battery will act as the source of power for the smartphone. Alternatively, the Meizu Pro 6 mini comes with an enhanced Helio X25 chipset which includes higher clocked Cortex-A72 cores. The Pro 6 mini also features a new mTouch 3.1 fingerprint scanner along with a 30-watt fast charging. The lowest storage option available is 32GB which will be sold at CNY 2299.
