Marketing Gimmick: Samsung may offer unconditional refund for Galaxy S8

0

Samsung will be announcing Galaxy S8 on March 29th next week. Now with the launch of the devices, Samsung is working on its marketing strategy. They have already started off their campaign with the short TV advertisements which they aired in South Korea. Now the company is working on the next steps. According to a report out of Korea Samsung may offer unconditional refund for Galaxy S8 for up to three months.

The company is still mulling the move but it definitely has certain advantages. After the Galaxy Note 7 disaster people would a little wary of getting a new Samsung flagship over concerns that the same would happen. To counter that this will work as a trust gaining move where the company offers the users refund without any hassle or question asked.

Secondly this will come in handy for those consumers who have a difficult time deciding which device to get. The given three months time will give them ample space to test different elements of the device. Samsung is banking on its impeccable design and top notch specs to do the work for them.

This isn’t yet confirmed if Samsung will offer such a plan but if they do, there would be alot of people who would get on the chance to get their hands on the device.
