iPhone 5S sports a Samsung built A7 processor

Samsung has been providing many of the parts for Apple iPad and Apple iPhone since many years. But, this year came an astonishing news- Apple reached an agreement with TSMC to replace Samsung as the provider of A7 processor which the new iPhone 5S sports. But it appears that the deal will not take affect from 2014. The tear-down for iPhone 5S revealed that the A7 comes from Samsung using it is 28nm process.

Apple and Samsung are the world’s biggest tech rivals, yet Apple relies on Samsung for its device’s most important parts. It is just as if Coke had started filling bottles for Pepsi. While both stand opposite to each other in a boxing round, we’re forced to believe that there is always is an Apple part’s buyer who can make a Samsung representative come down to a deal.
