It has been only 5 days since the Galaxy Note 8 started seeing the light of the day. The phone has already been TWRPed. An unofficial build of TWRP recovery is available for the Galaxy Note 8. If you’re looking for the best possible ways to add some new features to your already great Galaxy Note 8, it’s time for you to install TWRP and Root Galaxy Note 8.Install TWRP and Root Galaxy Note 8 [Exynos]

Galaxy Note 8 runs on Android 7 Nougat out of the box. Samsung has optimized the stock software of the Note 8 to make it run perfectly well. If you don’t like some of the applications on the phone, you can remove them once you have the root access. If you want to add some new features to further the performance and battery life of your phone, you can start by installing root specific applications like System Tuner, Greenify, and many others. On the other hand, TWRP recovery is going to help you to backup your entire Galaxy Note 8. With the backup option in TWRP, you can backup Nandroid, EFS and all other partitions of your phone.

You can wipe cache, Dalvik cache and other individual partitions of your Galaxy Note 8 with the help of the new TWRP recovery. Another useful feature in the TWRP recovery is to be able to change the format of your phone’s partitions. The customization possibilities with a custom recovery and root access are unlimited. If you happen to be an Android power user, then installing TWRP custom recovery and rooting your new Note 8 is going to be extremely fun for you.

TWRP has made its way to the Exynos variant of the Galaxy Note 8 for now. It doesn’t matter what’s the model number of your phone. TWRP recovery is going to work fine as long as it has an Exynos process inside. You can check out what CPU your phone holds in the list of Galaxy Note 8 model numbers. Install TWRP is also going to void the warranty of your phone. It’s also going to trip the Knox counter and it will also make some stock applications crash on your phone. If these things are not a big deal for you, you may go ahead and start walking on the path to the world of Android customization.
