Samsung a few days back confirmed the official announcement dates for their next generation S-series flagship. Galaxy S8 will be unveiled on 29th March. With just a few weeks to go, the leaks are rumors mill is running hot with everyday we get another glimpse of the device. To date we have seen different live images and even videos of the device leak, showing what we can expect from the device. Today we have another let of live images which shows a working Galaxy S8 in white, confirming the on screen buttons in the navigation bar.

A few weeks ago, in the leaked manual for Galaxy S8, we got to know that there will be on screen buttons in the absence of the physical navigation bar. Samsung for Galaxy S8 will be getting rid of the home button and increasing the display size pushing for minimal bezels. So, with the removal of the home button and the physical navigation bar has now given way to on screen navigation buttons which are customizable. These buttons are apparent in the image above.

Samsung, as per tradition will be announcing two variants, Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. Both the devices will have dual curved displays and will only vary in their display size. Galaxy S8 will feature a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED display and Galaxy S8+ will feature a 6.2-inch Super AMOLED display. The smartphone will feature a 12MP dual pixel camera with an 8MP selfie shooter. The fingerprint scanner is at the rear with the camera. There will be a dedicated button for Samsung’s AI assistant Bixby. The smartphone will be hitting the markets on 21st April.
