The season of smartphones is at it’s best peak at the moment. Just a week is left in MWC accompanying Samsung’s Unpacked Event 5. From what the rumors, and leaks have been suggesting is, it looks like 2014 will surely be a great year of competition and all the smartphone manufacturers will be going through tough phases of competition.
Samsung is set to release the Galaxy S5, Sony is set to release Xperia Z2 (Sony Sirius) and following these giants, other Smartphone manufacturers will also unveil their devices on the same day. HTC is also set to unveil it’s next flagship so far known as HTC M8 or HTC One 2 but has kept some distance from MWC and Samsung’s Unpacked Event 5 as HTC has already announced it’s press event on 25th of March, 2014. Just today, the famous leakster evleaks has spotted an official picture of the HTC One M8. Although it will be hard to say it’s real or not, but the picture gives us quite a nice idea about how the phone will look like and what hardware it will sport as it matches those leaks suggesting a dual camera on the back. HTC has followed a little change in the design of the phone, it’s curve, a little round in shape and quite different from the squared HTC One.
According to the streaming rumors around for now, HTC M8 will sport a 5” FHD display, will be powered up with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 chipset, 2GB or RAM and will have Sense 6 running atop of Android 4.4.2 KitKat. These specifications although do not leave the users in any surprise, but it would be better to take a pinch of salt once you’ve read it as there is no official wording about anything as yet.
