HTC 10 Lifestyle is real, features a SD652 SoC

Yesterday a leak popped up which showed a picture on Google+ which was allegedly captured with a HTC 10 Lifestyle. This led to speculations that the recently launched HTC 10 flagship might also have a Lifestyle variant. Today a cached version of the official HTC Vietnam’s website further confirmed the existence of the mysterious smartphone.

Apparently the HTC 10 Lifestyle is real and will be unveiled in some specific regions around the globe. This smartphone will be featured with Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 SoC instead of the SD820 chipset residing in the standard version of the flagship. In addition to that, the Lifestyle variant will host 3GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage capacity (expandable upto 2TB via microSD slot) and Cat.6 LTE speed (300Mbps down, 50 Mbps up) instead of the Cat.9 LTE speed (450 Mbps down, 50 Mbps up) featured in the standard version. Note that the HTC 10 comes with a larger, 4 GB of RAM and offers a 64 GB ROM option alongside the 32 GB.
