The default recent-apps view of the Fancy Switcher is not what we need. So go ahead and tap on the Fancy Switcher application which is in your app drawer, and tap on the settings icon. Go ahead, and tap on ‘Style‘.  You will find about 4 options to choose from. The last one being the Lollipop Style. Tap on it, and reboot your phone once. Voila! Fancy Switcher For Android doesn’t require root for the recent apps switcher, but you will not be able to access the lollipop-like task switcher directly when you tap your recent app button. This is because you didn’t provide it with root permissions. If you are not a rooted user, then you may find it quite hard to get into the task switcher. All you need to do is swipe down from the notification bar, and tap on the Fancy Switcher Notification.
