Step#1: When you are not using GPS, WiFI and Bluetooth make sure to turn them off.
Step#2: Turn Off the Auto brightness and try to use Low the screen brightness.
Step#3: Go to Settings > Device > Display > Screen timeout and decrease it.
Step#4: Use simple Wallpapers, don’t use Live Wallpapers.
Step#5: If you are using Galaxy Note 3 N9005 then you can use Snapdragon Battery Guru App it really improves battery life.
Step#6: Go to Settings > Device > S Pen and then touch the option > Turn off S Pen detection.
