Asphalt lineup has been one of the most widely played and also Gameloft’s most popular game series ever. The good news comes for all the racing games fans from Gameloft. The company is all set to launh Asphalt 8: Airborne on 22nd August in the Google Play Store & iTunes.
The successor Asphalt 7 is the most popular racing game among the android and iphone users for no doubt, and we expect Asphalt 8 to be more awesome. Previously the company was expected to release the game on 8th August, but the launch was delayed. Asphalt 8 is completely revamped.
In total it is going to have 8 maps, 7 maps are complete new which include The City Streets of London, The Water-Soaked Streets of Tokyo, The Nevada Desert & Frozen Tracks from the Iceland, while one track is the newer version of the Monaco Track from the Asphalt 7. Asphalt 8 will also feature Multiplayer options including both synchronous and asynchronous modes.
The asynchronous mode will allow the players to compete their friends in the offline mode, This mode allows the players to compete with the previous best performances of their friends.
There are also two multiplayer game modes coming.. Gate Drift & Infected and takedown mode is returning as well. In Gate Drift mode the players challenge their friends to Drift through multiple gates and earn accordingly. While in the Infected mode one player has to start being infected and hit the other car to pass the infection before it feels, the player will have only 20 seconds to pass the infection. This sounds pretty interesting and hard, but it will be fun for sure.
The game is full of new stunts, new environments, new cars and much more.
Well, ready to get your hands on Asphalt 8? The wait is going to get over, the game will be priced at 0.99$ for the players.
Gameloft has also released 2 teaser trailers of the Ashpalt 8: Airborne
