Not everyone can settle on a single colored smartphone model so companies do tend to add variations and release different versions that sport different colors. While most buyers will not mind purchasing a bland-colored mobile phone, there are others that want to stand out from the crowd.

Ever heard of Rose Gold iPhone models; those definitely made you stand out and with the imminent release of the Galaxy S9, we could be getting a purple model too.

The purple-colored model might not look good for some people but combine the premium ‘Infinity Display’ form of the flagship as well as its glass and aluminum design and you have a color model that makes you stand out of the crowd and does not even make you embarrassed likes users of the Rose Gold iPhone.

According to Sammobile, other colors models that are going to be released alongside the purple version is the gold, black and blue models. Apart from this different shade, there isn’t anything different about these models from a hardware point of view.

You still get the Exynos 9810 which is going to be made on the 10nm LPP process, which is more advanced architecture. The upcoming design is also expected to be changed quite a bit, and when we say changed, we mean in a more convenient perspective. According to a leaked phone case render, the fingerprint reader positioned on the Galaxy S9 is still going to be at the back, but at a much easier location to reach with your finger.

Also, the Galaxy S9 has been rumored to feature its own AI engine so you might have a more expensive, but generally smarter smartphone in your pocket starting from 2018.
