Galaxy S8 impresses partners at Samsung MWC preview event

Although Samsung did not announce Galaxy S8 at their Mobile World Congress event where they unveiled Galaxy Tab S3, Galaxy Book and Galaxy Tab Pro S2 at the event. This does not mean the Galaxy S8 did not grace the MWC. According to a report out of South Korea Galaxy S8 was indeed present at the event as global partners were shown the prototype of the device.

There were rumors that a prototype of Galaxy S8 will be shown but we weren’t sure whether that would happen or not. Samsung showed it to their partners in exclusive briefings in a hotel near the MWC. The partners were reportedly impressed by what they say and called Galaxy S8 “very impressive“.

If the device they saw is similar to what we have seen in different leaked images and videos till yet, then they definitely have something to be impressed and excited about. The new Galaxy S8 has no home button, giving way to slim bezels and an all display which the company is calling as the ‘Infinity Display‘. Samsung will also be debuting their voice based AI assistant Bixby. Galaxy S8 shows promise and we home that when it does not crash and burn like Galaxy Note 7. Samsung will be unveiling Samsung Galaxy S8 on March 29th. In the mean while, enjoy the different leaks and updates coming in.
