Reportedly, The Bell ( a Korean publication ) claims that the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 might be unveiled in coming July. Surprisingly the the smartphone might be introduced with the all new Android N. This leads to further speculations that Google will be released a stable version of the Android N before July.
Lets have a look at some other rumors regarding the upcoming Galaxy Note 6. A reliable Chinese source, Weibo, which is known for its pretty accurate leaks in the past just came up with a new one. Apparently the next Galaxy Note 6 will feature a stunning 5.8″ Slim RGB AMOLED display with 1440 x 2560 resolutions. Allegedly, this display will be packed with 1024 pressure points. The ‘RGB’ might be pointing towards a new technology developed by Samsung for Note 6’s AMOLED display.
Further analyzing the specs sheet leaked by Weibo we find that the new Note 6 will feature 6GB of RAM. Although this sounds like an exaggerated anticipation, this should be kept in mind that last year Samsung successfully released S6 with 3GB RAM and Note 5 with 4GB RAM. So this shouldn’t come as a surprise if Samsung makes a breakthrough by introducing 6GB RAM in its upcoming Note smartphone. This rumor is further supported by the recent announcement by Samsung which outlines the fact that it is the first company ever to start mass production of 12GB LPDDR4 RAM chips with the help of a 20nm process technology.
Samsung itself mentioned in their press release that this breakthrough will allow them to manufacture smartphones with an amazing 6GB of RAM. Therefore it is safe to say that the rumor by Weibo is based on solid grounds.

The rumored Note 6 is expected to have many similarities with the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge releasing in February. Just like S7 and S7 edge, Note 6 might be equipped with a 12 MP camera packed with OIS Plus system plus it might feature two SoC solutions, most likely Snapdragon and Exynos. Needless to say the Note 6 will come with an S Pen and the device might powered by the latest Android N. There are still no updates regarding the body design and the battery of the smartphone.
Not long ago we came across the rumor of Samsung developing an S Pen, for Note 5, which can be used as a stand to hold the smartphone in an upright position. This might just be introduced alongside the rumored Galaxy Note 6.
As for the OS of the smartphone, we mentioned earlier that the upcoming device will hopefully be powered by the latest Android N which is yet to be released. Android N, among numerous new goodies, features a Multi-window mode, all new settings menu, improved Doze Mode, and redesigned notification shade and quick settings panel.
