Not even 12 months have passed since the release of Samsung Galaxy J5, but the company is gearing up to unveil their improved version. This handset made a visit to FCC in the recent past. Galaxy J5 has already received Bluetooth SIG certification which leads to a conclusion that the latter will be announced in no time.
Galaxy J5 is basically aimed for budget conscious customers which might be available for sale soon judging from a pair of official user manuals for China Mobile and China Telecom versions of the devices, available on Samsung servers. Previously released Samsung Galaxy J5 and J7 were made released in China prior to any other country. Apparently the company will be adopting the same plan for their upcoming upgraded smartphones.
The user manual for the Galaxy J5 (2016) confirmed that this handset has a metal frame. Recently few images of the upcoming smartphone surfaced which all but support the claims of the user manual regarding the metal frame. You can see these images in the slideshow below.
Lets have a look at the specification of the smartphone. Samsung Galaxy J5 will support a 5.2 inch super AMOLED display while, under the hood, it’ll host the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor. These components will be accompanied by 2GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Moving on to the optical sensors, the smartphone will carry a 13-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front camera. In addition to that, the device will support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC and Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Well guys, the The Galaxy J5 wont be unveiled alone, the Galaxy J7 will be launched alongside J5. The launch date and price tags are yet to be confirmed so stay tuned for the latest updates.
