That means his device is stuck on download mode, most of the times a simple restart give it a go and your device boots up normally but for instance, no luck for you, try following methods.

  • Start the phone in recovery mode. Wipe the cache partition of your device.

  • First, Charge your device using original Samsung Fast Charger for 2o minutes.
  • Clean your charging port using a toothpick or anything like it and then connect to the wall charger.
