The most awaited feature has finally been added to the Galaxy Note 8. Users can now enable QHD @ 60 FPS + 4K HDR Video Recording on their Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

Galaxy Note 8 – A Flashback

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is rocking the top charts of the smartphones of the year 2017. Galaxy Note 8 is undoubtedly the best smartphone that the South Korean giant has ever produced. The Note 8 is what Samsung exactly needed after the Galaxy Note 7 debacle which happened last year. Galaxy Note 8 is powered up with the top-notch specifications. Samsung has added everything that it could to make this phone a great deal. Galaxy Note 8 has the latest Exynos 8895 or the Snapdragon 835 CPU with a RAM of 6 GB. This is the first mainstream Samsung phone to have a 6 GB RAM. The huge 6.3-inch WQHD+ display with the fabulous edges on both sides makes this phone even more beautiful. Galaxy Note 8 comes with a very hefty price tag. It will take a chunk of cash from your pocket, but it is definitely worth by all the means.

A look into the Galaxy Note 8 Camera

Galaxy Note 8 has a dual-rear camera setup. Both the cameras at the back have OIS. Galaxy Note 8 is the first Samsung smartphone to have a dual camera setup and it is the first smartphone in the world to have dual-OIS. The phone is a rockstar when it comes to shooting in the night or in another kind of low-light. The crispiness and attention to detail in the photographs taken by the Galaxy Note 8 is ravishing.

When Samsung released this phone, a number of users didn’t like the fact that it doesn’t support QHD @ 60 FPS video recording and also the 4K HDR video recording. Galaxy Note 8’s cameras are definitely capable of this feature, but the feature was missing from the phone. Apple released the iPhone X and it mentioned that the iPhone X is capable of recording QHD videos @ 60 FPS.

To make sure that Apple doesn’t win the competition being all alone to support this feature, Samsung immediately announced the 4K Video Recording for the Galaxy Note 8 in the next software update. The update hasn’t happened for the Note 8 yet, but we are expecting it to hit soon.
