Odin’s latest version v3.10.7 is now available. For those who are not aware of Odin, Odin is Samsung’s flashtool for its Galaxy lineup. Odin has a long list of features, which allow you to play with the software of your device. You can use Odin3 to flash a stock firmware on your device. You can also use Odin to flash a Modem file, a Bootloader file, or a CSC file. Odin also allows users to do re-partition of their device by means of a PIT file. Apart from all this, you can also flash custom recoveries, root files like CF Autoroot on your Samsung Galaxy devices. Odin can also help you to unroot your device and revert back to the stock condition.
Odin originated with the version number 1.84 having compatibility for most of the Samsung Galaxy devices. As Samsung’s list of Galaxy series went on, we saw newer versions of Odin with better performance and wide compatibility. The new version of Odin3 is Odin3 v3.10.7. This version includes compatibility for latest devices like Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy A8 etc. Odin 3.10 also includes a new UI and some new options. Although older version of Odin also supports these devices, but with a latest device it always recommended to use a latest version of Odin.
