Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ is still a month away from its official announcement, but that has not stopped accessory makers from pushing their products out. Initial leaks of a smartphones designs usually come from case who makers who get a briefing from smartphone manufacturer n the design of the product. For Samsung we have seen cases from MobileFun.uk, Under Armor Gear (UAG) and Ghostek which showcased how the device will look like. Now Patchworks, a Korean-based company has introduced two new cases for Galaxy S8/G8+.

Patchworks ITG Level

The two cases are named ‘ITG Level‘ and the ‘Flexguard‘.  Both the cases are about design, practicality and protection. ITG Level has undergone various US Military Standard drop test requirements. The case can protect the smartphone from 26 consecutive falls  at different angles from 4ft. Even though the case makes use of two different layers of polycarbonate and TPU, it is quite slim with an impressive design.

Patchworks Flexguard

The Flexgaurd case focuses protecting the corners. As both Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ have a dual curved display, so designing a case for that is a bit challenging. The case corners are produced using the best shock resistant material available right now, which is PORON XDR Extreme Impact Absorbed along with Thermal Poly-Urethane (TPU) which is quite flexible. The Fexgaurd case will be avilable in black color while the ITG Level will be available in black and red colors. Both the cases will be available for sale in March, so if you plan to get the Galaxy S8/S8+, do have a look at these rugged cases.

Samsung will be announcing the official launch dates for Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ at the Mobile World Congress. 29th March is the expected date, as the company plans to hold dedicated events in USA and Europe for its launch.
