“HTC One Max Will Not Cross the US-Canadian Border”
If you are a Canadian and have been fancying the new HTC One Max, please stop! We suggest you start building up interest in something other than the HTC’s new phablet. A statement by the Taiwan based HTC that was released on Wednesday suggested that HTC One Max will not be making its way to Canada. In its release, HTC noted that the models it offers in the Country are “sufficient for the Canadian marketplace”.
Later this week, the phablet will hit the market in the UK. If you have not yet gotten to know about the phablet quite well, read all about the HTC One Max here.
This is not 1960 so we might see a streams of Canadians flying to the US to get the HTC One Max.
“HTC devices differ from country to country, we work closely with carrier partners in each region to determine what is best for their consumers. Every market is different and has specific needs and demands. We consider a number of factors such as, the HTC devices currently available, the competition etc. At this time the current HTC line up of devices is sufficient for the Canadian marketplace.“-HTC statement
