Apple is reportedly launching iOS 8.2 next month in a special event, maybe we will be looking at the new iPad Pro at that event too. The iOS 8.2 will not only provide improvements and fixes to the bugs present operating system but the company is working towards making it compatible with the Apple Watch, which is expected to arrive in April.
Looking at this Apple’s update schedule makes sense as they want to make the Apple Watch the ‘next big thing’, so it is a part of making the user experience great. It is also rumored that the company has asked a few developers to submit applications that will be compatible with the Apple Watch as well and we may see these apps introduced with the smartwatch in April.
Apple recently launched the fifth beta version of iOS 8.2 for developers. This update includes support for the Apple Watch and its build number is 12D5480a. The previous update also had information about the Apple Watch app. So looking at these developments we can say that the company is busy working, testing and refining the Apple Watch.
