Android L Homescreen

Few months back Google gave us a preview of the next version of Android, the Android L, so far known as the Android Lemon Meringue Pie. Although there’s a ponderous list of feature that Google has added to the Android L but the most exciting part of the Android L is its UI. Google is going to introduce the material design UI in the Android L, the idea behind Material Design UI is that, it lets the users interact with the elements on the screen exactly as they interact with the real life objects. Sounds exciting, right? Well, a group of graphic designers came up with some animated pictures of some applications showing the material design for the Android L. The animations give us quite a good idea about how the material design is going to work and it seems more then cool. Let’s go through these images and learn about the upcoming UI of the Android.
