Unfortunately for Samsung the string of leaks and rumors don’t seem to be in a mood to stop. Yet another video just surfaced on YouTube on top of the brochure we saw in Germany earlier today. That brochure all-but confirmed the specifications and features which were being expected off the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge since weeks.
This recent video features a hands-on experience of the awaited S7 edge hours before its official release. This might just make the upcoming flagships the worst kept secret ever. The 4 minute video of the smartphone shows various key features like curvy edges, always on display and hump-less camera.
As far as the internal hardware of the device is concerned, it is mentioned in the video that the S7 series will featuring two different screen sizes: 5.1″ for S7 and 5.5″ for S7 edge. Details were mentioned about the 12 MP camera which will be accompanied by the novel Dual-Pixel sensor and a f/1.7 aperture to allow better camera performance in low light conditions. Apart from that, a hybrid card slot allows a microSD card to be inserted along with the SIM card.

In addition to the details mentioned earlier, we know that the Galaxy S7 will likely be powered up with a Snapdragon 820 SoC accompanied by a RAM of 4 GB. Coming towards the OS powering the smartphone, reports claim that it will be running Android Marshmallow. Marshmallow was released last year with numerous new goodies including a completely new app drawer, redesigned app permissions, Doze, and Google Now on Tap.
We will be bringing all the updates as they surface, stay tuned with us to know more about these phones.
